There are loads of online services to help amateurs and professionals get their next big project up off the ground. It is too bad that not everyone is down or able to bring all of their skills to working on something involving sex, let alone adult entertainment specifically.
If you’ve run into the problem of finding talented people who lack such prudish scruples, it’s a good thing you are reading this. In addition to directing folks to vanilla services, which can help them make money online, I specialize in sex-related web tools and services.
One of them is Adult Design, a business that helps craft platforms of an adult nature. If you've ever considered doing a project of that nature, I think there is a case to consider using this service.
And now, let’s go through a series of Q&As to assuage any concerns or queries you might have.
“What Money Is There In Building An Adult Entertainment Site?”
I can state unequivocally that there is money to be made discussing, reviewing, and promoting porn, erotica, and all things in the orbit of recreational sex. I have, after all, built an empire off of ThePornDude brand.
Now, this is in part because I'm brilliant, but there are other spaces in which you too can make a killing through ads, promoting your own Patreon page, and networking by hosting a hot adult-themed website. Here are but a few of the more notable ones.
Adult-oriented blogging – While my specialty is in website reviews, I do occasionally blog here and there about a variety of topics related to sexuality, the adult industry, and the such like. Clearly, I'm not the only one since a Googleplex of other randy writers have done the same.
With the right graphics and coding, you can do the same with Adult Design's help, which will drive fresh traffic and get readers to keep coming back. Once your fanbase is established, you can start monetizing by posting adverts and start watching the moola flow in from there.
Landing page for affiliate marketers – One of the most common tactics when it comes to launching an affiliate marketing campaign is having a landing page to direct your prospects to. You could have one with
By the way, if you haven't seen any of them, I've got several reviews on the finest affiliate marketing programs, which include generic and adult-oriented campaigns. If you are looking for ideas after this on how to monetize your first website, search for those.
Personal porn website – Everyone has a sex tape these days, right? Or is that something I thought for some reasons?
Whatever the case, more people are posting their porn pictures and vids to tube sites, but why do that when you can retain complete control over your exhibitionism on a webpage you own and run. Assuming you nail the look and invest in promoting your webpages, you should be able to get visitors who will give money to get past your paywall and watch your arousing action.
Arguably, this is one of the best applications for Adult Design for most potential customers.
An erotic tube or webcam platform – Admittedly, these options are going to require a ton more work, but you don't have to do it all alone if you've got the right web designer. As we'll soon see, Adult Design seems to specialize in producing the sorts of layouts you often see on professional pornography websites, which can be a pain to replicate if you don’t know much about design or coding.
“What All Can This Website Do For Me?’
While not as exhaustive as some other websites, this company's number of services is pretty cool.
To start, you can buy up logos, either one which is just font or one which has a customized character or icon with it. You can also purchase banners that have drawn figures or featured GIFs of real people. This option comes in two forms: static or animated.
When it comes to the intersection of coding and design, Adult Design can do HTML and PSD layouts. If you aren't familiar with what that means, it essentially refers to how porn previews and full-length video are organized.
But don’t take my word for it – check out the samples available on the site.
“Okay, I'm Sold. How Do I Get Started?"
Honestly, the details are not explicitly given due to the lack of any sort of instructions. But I’m pretty sure I can infer from context. There are three ways to contact the webmaster(s) through a phone number and two email addresses.
I'm not sure which of the latter two will get you a response first, so I'd message both addresses. From there, you'll probably enter into discussions about the specifics of the project, but before you do, be sure to familiarize yourself with the pricing.
“By The Way, How Much Does This All Cost?”
An excellent selling point of this website is how the pricing is set. Here's a quick breakdown of the prices on the different services I mentioned earlier:
• Logos (fonts) start at $10
• Logos with hand-drawn characters start at $20
• Banners (static) start at $10
• Banners (animated) start at $15
• Headers start at $10
• HTML layouts start at $15
• PSD layouts start at $25
Moving on, the payment methods are a little limited for my taste as you can only pay via Paxum or PayPal. Granted, those aren’t the worst forms of payment in terms of timing, but they can be vexing for different reasons.
When it comes to PayPal, there is the issue of transfer fees, which you may have to front in order to get service. Then there's Paxum, which can be a fine option for most people around the world. However, it's not possible for folks in the United States.
Were it up to me; I would add more options to send payment like Venmo or something just as fast and less cumbersome.
“Is There Anything You Would Change?”
This may seem a minor thing, but I have to bitch a bit about the way this site looks. In case I’m coming off as confusing, the sample graphics are fantastic, no doubt. But the Adult Design website desperately needs a fresh coat of paint.
This is a website that advertises its capacity to assist in creating an adult platform. It would be nice to see them show off their skills via their own website. I mean, a black background with white text and a few grey accents looks just fine.
At least it does if you're a teenage student running a Dungeons and Dragons blog or something. I think it'd be much better to see more color, far less black, and more elements besides the work samples on the home page. In fact, I'd reduce the number of ads on the homepage altogether, so things look less busy.
“Is There Any Thing I Would Add?”
I understand that everyone plays to their strengths, but it does strike me as strange that this site only focuses on programming and specific forms of graphics. I say this because a website isn’t going to be very successful if there isn’t at least a little bit of well-written text here and there.
Unfortunately, it looks like Adult Design doesn't do any sort of writing, which means you'll have to do it yourself or outsource it elsewhere. Fortunately, there are several reviews on my site that review copywriters who know how to write on arousing topics for all of you.
There are plenty of fine things to see on this site when it comes to graphics. However, there is one thing which this website is sorely lacking, and that is any sort of text information about the specifics. Sure, you can contact the webmaster(s) in a few different ways. But I'd like to see even more information about how the process works and turn around time upfront.
They always say show don’t tell, and this site does do a great job at that. Still, I think it would be good to reinforce Adult Design’s track record with some testimonials. Again, that’s a minor thing, but still worth mentioning.
“And Now For The Big One: Do I Advocate Using This Service?”
To give you all the quick rating based on my objective analysis – this site gets four hands.
Why is that?
Well, I did pump out over three hundred words venting about ways I think this site could be improved, but that isn’t a holistic reflection of the service that this business provides. I still think the webmaster should consider adding more info and redesigning the site to better sell his/her services. And it does suck that you'll have to go somewhere else to get a good copywriter.
But when it comes to finding someone who can code and do graphic design in the niche of adult webpages, I can't find much fault when it comes to what I've seen here. Furthermore, the prices are fair, so I can't complain there.
In summation, if you are looking to build a personal glamor site, porn page, or whatever-related to erotic entertainment, this is a pretty dang good place to go for help.
