Porn Dude's guide to make money with porn in 2026.

Porn Webmasters is an adult webmaster directory created by ThePornDude to help new and experienced porn webmasters optimize their porn sites. I’ve added all the adult services and useful tools that you'll ever need to create the perfect porn website. Bookmark pornwebmasters.com if you're looking for real help from an experienced adult webmaster like ThePornDude.

Some people think being The Porn Dude is an easy gig. Just drop your pants, get your dick up with some viagra and fap away to porn all day. It’s so much more than just writing about my experiences. Naturally, poking around and reviewing thousands of porn sites is going to give me a lot of insight into the industry, but I’ve also learned a lot on the back end.

For the better part of the decade, I’ve built up, enhanced, and optimized every element of my website to drive traffic and serve over a million people a day with the smut they’re looking for. I’ve learned a lot in that time, and I’m respected as hell for it; every day, I receive bundles of questions from porn webmasters looking to optimize their porn sites. They say, there are no stupid questions, and that’s especially true in a business where useful info can be hard to come by. I bet you’ve already got some of the common ones on your mind:

- PornDude, how can I get more visitors to my porn website?
- PornDude, can you check out my adult website and tell me how to make it better?
- PornDude, what are the best adult affiliate programs to earn money?
- PornDude, how can I get more backlinks to my porn website?
- PornDude, how do I start a porn site?
- PornDude, how do you earn money with a porn site?
- PornDude, where do I buy legal adult content for my porn tube?
- PornDude, which adult hosting sites ignore DMCA's?

Let’s be honest: I’m sure you’ve already figured out that Google is one big maze of conflicting information. Even GFY.com has turned more into a useless "Trump" or "I like poo" discussion forum than actually providing useful information. I knew you fuckers needed a role model to put you on the right path; you know, the dirty uncle who tells you the secrets your parents won’t. Follow my advice, check which adult services I recommend and use my tools. I have reviewed tons of porn sites and I know exactly what you’ve got to do to transform your website into the next PornHub, XVideos or xHamster.

Literally all the ones you need to build an adult site from the ground up and grow it into a successful online adult empire, my dudes. Like I’ve done over at ThePornDude, I’ve broken my directory up into useful categories, so you’re not running around confused with your dick out. Everything you’ll need is available right there from the front page, with more info just a click away.

The categories take a lot of the guesswork out of the game. You can build a whole site using templates from the Adult WordPress Themes and tools from the Adult WordPress Plugins, stockpiling it with dirty movies from the Buy Adult Content and Get Porn Picture Sites. You’ll use a company from my Adult Domain Registrars to get your domain at the best price, and then one from my Adult Web Hosting Sites to actually serve up your teen blowjobs and celebrity nudes to the waiting and horny public. Visit the Adult Backlinks Sites to build up some traffic or hire one of the Adult SEO Services to get you to the top of Google. You can even find an Adult Industry PR Service to give you that extra boost.

Once you’ve built it, there are plenty of ways to monetize it, broken down here by type. I’ve got sections devoted to Adult Ad Networks, PopUnder Ad Networks, CPA Networks and Adult Affiliate Programs. Depending on what kind of smut you’re peddling, you may want to get more specific with affiliate sites dedicated to porn games, dating, VR, VOD and webcams. Relax, perverts—I’ve got you covered in all cases!

There’s a wealth of info here that can damn well make you rich if you use it right, and my dozens of adult webmaster categories dig deep into the art and science of selling online sex. I can point you toward Adult Designer Sites to build your site, Adult Talent Agencies to find your talent, and Freelancer Sites to create your content. I’ll hook you up with Collaboration Tools to build your team and Web Analytics Tools to help understand your traffic. I even know where to find Adult Industry Lawyers for your 2257s and DMCAs, and Adult Offshore Hosting if you aren’t interested in the latter.

I’ve done my best to be exhaustive as hell with all these categories, so you’re never lost or overwhelmed. I’ve been working with online porn long enough that I know the scene is always changing, so while this is a big list, it’s by no means final. I tweak and adjust my ratings and rankings as necessary, so you’ll always know where to find the very best Adult CDN Sites, Adult Tube Video Submitters and Backlink Checker Tools. I’ll also continue to add categories as both porno and web technology develop; I wouldn’t have guessed I’d have VR categories a decade ago, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

If you build it, they will cum. If they cum, you can make money off it! I’m practically giving you a blueprint with this collection of adult webmaster sites, but I’ve got a few general points I like to share. I’ve seen, fapped to and reviewed an absolute fucking shit-ton of porn sites in my life, so I know what makes for a killer, long-lasting and profitable porn site, and what makes for another spammy free tube that’s dead before it even finds a niche.

1. Chill with the fucking ads! I know I’m pointing you to all styles of ads and that’s how you make money, but you don’t want to use every type on every website. Figure out the least intrusive ways to catch your viewers’ attention without ruining their fap session. Ultimately, you want them to come back again and again, maximizing your profits.
2. Optimize that layout to look good on desktop and mobile. Study your niche and figure out what tweaks would make you different and better than the rest. Nine out of ten free tubes look pretty much the same, so a little ingenuity can make you stand out like a boner in sweatpants. Remember those Adult Designer Sites I mentioned?
3. Those bukkake videos and amateur threesomes need to stream fast and smooth, in the best resolution you can afford. I’m not just talking about buffering, either. Nobody is going to come back to your site if they keep getting interrupted by dick pill ads while trying to watch a lady getting eaten out.
4. Let users download porn videos. As a porn reviewer, downloads are something I still always look for because it’s something people still really want. Even the paysites are phasing it out, so offering MP4s gives you an edge over the competition.
5. Content is king. It goes without saying that if you want to get noticed, you’d better have some good shit to show. The web is more saturated than it’s ever been with adult movies, nude pictures, pornographic video games and furry hentai boards. The resources I’ve listed here at AdultWebmasterSites can help you develop a successful porn brand powered by world-class NSFW content.

Do I seem that mysterious? I know I’m something of a legend, but I’m still just a dude. The Porn Dude, to be precise. I’ve got a pretty busy schedule with my intense study of the pornographic arts, not to mention my vigorous forearm workouts, but I still do my best to make myself available to my fans and visitors. Contact me with any questions you have, comments you want to make, sites you’d like listed, or best nudes of your girlfriend you’d like to share. Fuck right off if you want to bribe me into scamming my readers with sketchy deals. The Porn Dude has never been for sale, and never will be!
