Dating Gold is a dating website that also offers an affiliate program. From what I have seen, DatingGold.com will work nicely with almost any traffic source. They also have pretty dope promotional tools that will make earning money a lot easier. DatingGold is an owner, as well as the operator, of a couple of dating services, such as WebCamClub.com, AmateurMatch.com, and TextnDate.com.
They have great payouts, but we all know that almost nothing is as peachy as it is presented online. So, whether Dating Gold actually works for your particular taste, it all really depends. Of course, every website will have its pros and cons as well, but that is normal. I will say that I have seen some reviews where the affiliates were more than happy to work with DatingGold, while others complained about canceling payments…
Now, dating is one of those niches that will simply never die. I mean, we will always want to go balls deep into the dating pool, to find the perfect mate; that is just in our nature. So, no matter how you look at this, there will always be a reason to promote dating services, which is what DatingGold is all about.
Keep in mind that I am not saying that you have to promote with DatingGold, although they seem to have nice offers for their affiliates. All I am saying is that dating offers are even more attractive now, because it is fairly easy to target users based on their age, sexual preference, status, location… Nevertheless, if you are interested in this kind of an affiliate program, and you would like to learn more about Dating Gold, you are welcome to continue reading.
How to get started?
The first thing you obviously have to do is register. Their tour page is rather nice, but at the same time, they do not really offer all the necessary information. That is why you have me here, as I shall go over all the important aspects. But, if you just want to get started, all you have to do is register. The registration on DatingGold is free and very simple. You will also get a lot more information about the affiliate program once you register, which is pretty neat.
Their support team is not bad, but they can be rather slow. If you are interested in registering, all you have to do is fill out the form that you will be given. And if you run into any sort of a problem, you can contact them through email. However, do not be surprised if they take some sweet time to actually respond… At least it was like that for me.
Now, does your website qualify for the DatingGold affiliate program? Well, for questions like this, I think you should check out their FAQ page, which was oddly short. Oh well. Most of the websites will qualify to participate in their affiliate program… The only crap that is not allowed is the shit that is already illegal or just fucking idiotic… such as discrimination, violence, illegal activities, and so on.
After the registration and having your application approved, you will be able to check out what their program has to offer. As you enter their website, you should check out the section called “promo tools”, where you will see various resources that will help with your campaign. Basically, that is where you get all the promotional material, such as buttons and banners.
What programs does DatingGold.com offer?
To be fair, if you do not understand what the heck I am talking about in the following paragraphs, it is time to ask Google what this crap is. I mean, learning more about that affiliate life is definitely the first thing you should do if you are planning to become an affiliate yourself. Duh! Anyway, let me just give you a brief summary of what the fuck DatingGold has to offer.
The first program I will talk about is called Single-opt, aka Pay Per Single Opt-In. This program allows you to earn commissions for each male signup to one of their brands. I think this is the easiest option to start making lots, but it is not really the best when talking about quality. The rates will be determined by how the traffic converts, so the higher ratio, the better payout in simple terms.
Then, you have the Double-op, aka PPL, which stands for Pay Per Lead. PPL affiliate programs are a type of partnership in which the commission will be paid to the affiliates for each successful lead that they can generate within a certain scheme. This type of payment model is seen as one of the most lucrative. Basically, on Dating Gold, you will get paid for all the new signups that are confirmed through SMS or email through this program.
There is the PPS, which stands for Pay Per Sale. While PPL affiliate programs are offering revenues every time you refer a potential customer, the PPS affiliate program will offer a payout if a sale is made. But in simple words, PPS is an affiliate commission model, that will reward an affiliate for every sale that they can achieve for their partner scheme. Quite simple.
Last but not least, they have RevShare, which is Revenue Sharing. In affiliate marketing, RevShare is a pricing model that will share a % of the total income amount that is generated by the sale of services or goods among the advertisers and publishers. Now, if you do not know how the fuck this functions, I will say it again… Use Google. On DatingGold, you are offered 50% RevShare, with some sites offering higher. I mean, you’ll get this info once you register, but 50% is the lowest you get for RevShare.
Let’s talk about payments.
I would not be surprised if this is the first paragraph you read, as it does have the most enticing title. First of all, on DatingGold.com, they state that you can earn up to $75 per sale, $5 per free member, 65% commissions with the 3-tier affiliate program. They also claim that it is simple and easy, to which I will have to agree. But it will only be simple to those who already know how this shit functions.
The cycles of payments on DatingGold.com will be tailored to what you need. However, the standard procedure is to distribute payments on the 10th and 25th of every month. Of course, there is a minimum requirement for you to get paid. On Dating Gold, the minimum required for a payout depends on the method of payment. If you cannot earn the minimum in that certain period, the payment will be transferred to the next payment period, and so on until you finally have the minimum requirement.
There are five different methods to choose from. You can get paid through check, and the minimum required will then be $50. For Payoneer, Paxum, and PayPal, the minimum required is $100. There is also the option to get paid through wire transfer, but then the minimum required will be $1500. If you have questions about the payments or you want to change your payment method, just contact your account manager.
In case your account is put on hold, that means that your lead/sales traffic had some discrepancies. So, if you have not read what is acceptable and not on, DatingGold and you start using incentivized, spam, and self-generated leads, then you will not just be put on hold; your account will be terminated. But then again, this should be fairly obvious.
That’s all, folks!
Overall, that is as much as I have to say about Dating Gold. The payments seem to be fairly good, but then this also depends on how skilled you are in the first place. Remember, if you have no fucking clue what the heck you are doing, then DatingGold.com will surely not help you earn. To be fair, you have no excuses. There are so many articles online that can help you learn more about affiliate shit, so take advantage of that.
DatingGold does have great programs, but their support system is not the best. I mean, they do get shit done, but then again, it takes them a while to answer sometimes. Their tour page is also not the best, and I advise that you check out their FAQ section… Even though the FAQ is very fucking short, at least you get to see what they have to offer, how much you can get paid, and all that crap. Also, check out their terms to learn what you can and cannot do. Simple!
