MotleyModels! Every year, as many as tens of thousands of people employ different strategies to get into the adult entertainment business. Some use new tactics like building up a following on OnlyFans on a tube site or by broadcasting on a webcam.
But the tried and true method is to either go straight into the business solo or network with a talent agency. There are several businesses of that type out there, but the big question is: are they good for models to work with.
Then there is the immediate follow-up: can porn producing professionals and similar firms count on them to get good talent. Lastly, a certain kind of professional has to wonder: would they be best served by working with this particular sort of agency?
All of those questions, with plenty of details, will be answered in this review. Read the whole thing, and you might find a business opportunity for you of some sort.
Here's Why Models Get With Talent Agencies
Before we get into it, I should bring up the obvious: why bother getting with a talent agency at all when you're trying to get into porn? Well, you're not obligated to, but it cuts out a lot of hassle and frustration you might have to deal with.
For one, by design, an agency is committed to making sure you make money modeling; that way, they can as well. So, if you've got the right attitude and looks, they are going to go to the mat to make sure you succeed.
Second, any reputable talent agency has connections to other pornographers, which will make getting your profile out there. Not only that, but these firms usually know the best of the best studio in the business, which will make getting good work all that much easier.
Honestly, it is a bit easy to get work in adult entertainment, but the pay might not be all that great, and the working conditions might shit. However, by working with an agency, you can avoid this altogether.
Third, there is an issue of safety. While I can confidently say that this is not common, there is an issue of pervs and scammers taking advantage of models.
The Talent They Have On Hand Is Hot
In the event that you are looking for models, those who work with Motley Models are some of the finest I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot.
I mean, I am the same person that created that magnificent PornDude empire. When doing that, I've seen tons of tasty tail.
Anyway, the girls they promote include Athena Faris, Ellie Eilish, Zoe Bloom, and Lily Larimar. And these gals aren't exactly "innocent" types either. In fact, they are quite adept at the erotic arts. The talent Motley Models has on hand include girls who do anal, squirting specialists and even a few MILFs.
If you do want to work with this company, I would suggest looking up the "shoot with us" page. It's not too complicated, but I'll summarize by saying that they require up-front payment for the talent, agency, and any applicable transportation costs. Furthermore, cashier's checks or wire transfers have to clear 72-hours before the date of the shoot.
I should also add that they do not take personal checks.
They Do a Great Job At Promoting Talent
I do have a few things to whinge about when it comes to the way they present their models. That said, if you are looking to get promoted, Motley Models does a fine job at showing the women they work with.
On each model's profile, you'll find that there is a high-res cover photo, followed by a series of supplementary pictures. At the bottom of each page, you'll find said model's personal measurements and other life details – ideal stuff which recruiters are looking for.
They boast that they only work with reputable studios that have an established presence in the industry on their agency page. Further, they guarantee to help prospective models in the business and how to properly navigate social media and promote your brand.
Given how dangerous the porn industry can be if you're not careful, these services can be invaluable.
By the way, I thought it was obvious, but this agency doesn't do any actual model shooting, nor do they do any networking for escorting. There is one more thing I should mention here: they don't promote guys. Sorry, dudes.
Signing Up Is Super Efficient and Easy
It'll take a little bit of time but only a little to apply to this agency. Besides your basic personal information (read: name, birthdate, phone number) but they are also going to need to know your address and, get this, cup size.
Go figure on that last one, amma, right? ;)
You'll also have to specify whether or not your bust is au natural or in any way enhanced. Moving on, Motley wants to know what your Insta and Twitter handles are and other intimate details like if you've got any tats or piercings. Type up a specific schpeel about why you want to get into adult modeling and be prepared to say what you are (and are not) willing to do on a set.
As you might expect, they are going to want a half dozen photos, so be sure to submit your best. You are going to want to take high-resolution images that show off your best features. The site doesn't specify this, but other modeling agencies I've seen prefer an ass shot, a tit pic, and at least one photo which clearly features the face.
By the way, when you finish this all up and get to the "how did you hear about us" section, be sure to tell them that I sent you. Anyway, once you've got all of this filled out, you should be good to go and will hear back from the agency, maybe in a matter of days.
They Have An Informative Blog and FAQ
If you're going to be in the skin business, an important aspect is going to be who you know. Besides that, you're also going to need to stay up-to-date with what's going on nowadays. Fortunately for you, Motley Models has a well-rounded FAQ page and a fairly regularly updated blog page as well.
Both of them are free to view, and they also have a podcast that discusses what's new in the adult entertainment industry, too. These resources are not only a way to be informed but occasionally discuss potential work offers from porn studios.
There Are Somethings I Would Tweak a Bit
From what I can tell, the services that this website provides are top-notch. The talent this agency has is phenomenal, but I'm not entirely thrilled with the way they present it.
For instance, I would alter the order of text and pics on screen of the models' bios. I have no idea why, but the webmasters put up a series of gorgeous pictorials before the textual information about the models themselves.
If anything, I would place the biographical information at the upper end of the profile then the pics. For that matter, I think it would look better if the photos were placed in a vertical scroll format rather than simply post them in an old fashioned horizontal manner.
Then there is the backstage podcast page. To put my opinion on one word: Yikes!
That's not to say that the information provided there is bad. In fact, I kind of like it. However, whoever is in charge of maintaining that part of the website should write out a proper summary of each podcast rather than jot down a series of bullet points.
Here Is Who I Think Should Hit This Site Up
Now then, let's get down to my opinion as to who should consider using this companies services.
Again, sorry fellas, if you have a phallus, this promotional agency isn't for you. But if you're a beautiful babe, then you've got a good chance of being picked up by this company.
It does seem to me that they only promote women of a traditionally beautiful disposition. For that reason, ladies of the BBW variety might not have much luck getting jobs or even picked up at all. But as I said, if you've got the look, you're shoeing to get some sort of recognition.
As for recruiters, you're like to get connected to some fine females who look good, evidently perform well, and are likely looking for work.
This is a fine website that prospective models and agents should take advantage of all things taken into account. I give it four and a half hands out of five and I'm certain that if you fit the mold or are in the market, you'll like Motley Models.
