I do have a few things to whinge about when it comes to the way they present their models. That said, if you are looking to get promoted, Motley Models does a fine job at showing the women they work with.

On each model's profile, you'll find that there is a high-res cover photo, followed by a series of supplementary pictures. At the bottom of each page, you'll find said model's personal measurements and other life details – ideal stuff which recruiters are looking for.

They boast that they only work with reputable studios that have an established presence in the industry on their agency page. Further, they guarantee to help prospective models in the business and how to properly navigate social media and promote your brand.

Given how dangerous the porn industry can be if you're not careful, these services can be invaluable.

By the way, I thought it was obvious, but this agency doesn't do any actual model shooting, nor do they do any networking for escorting. There is one more thing I should mention here: they don't promote guys. Sorry, dudes.

Signing Up Is Super Efficient and Easy

It'll take a little bit of time but only a little to apply to this agency. Besides your basic personal information (read: name, birthdate, phone number) but they are also going to need to know your address and, get this, cup size.

Go figure on that last one, amma, right? ;)

You'll also have to specify whether or not your bust is au natural or in any way enhanced. Moving on, Motley wants to know what your Insta and Twitter handles are and other intimate details like if you've got any tats or piercings. Type up a specific schpeel about why you want to get into adult modeling and be prepared to say what you are (and are not) willing to do on a set.

As you might expect, they are going to want a half dozen photos, so be sure to submit your best. You are going to want to take high-resolution images that show off your best features. There Are Somethings I Would Tweak a Bit

From what I can tell, the services that this website provides are top-notch. The talent this agency has is phenomenal, but I'm not entirely thrilled with the way they present it.

For instance, I would alter the order of text and pics on screen of the models' bios. I have no idea why, but the webmasters put up a series of gorgeous pictorials before the textual information about the models themselves.

If anything, I would place the biographical information at the upper end of the profile then the pics. For that matter, I think it would look better if the photos were placed in a vertical scroll format rather than simply post them in an old fashioned horizontal manner.

Then there is the backstage podcast page. To put my opinion on one word: Yikes!

That's not to say that the information provided there is bad. In fact, I kind of like it. However, whoever is in charge of maintaining that part of the website should write out a proper summary of each podcast rather than jot down a series of bullet points.

Now then, let's get down to my opinion as to who should consider using this companies services.

Again, sorry fellas, if you have a phallus, this promotional agency isn't for you. But if you're a beautiful babe, then you've got a good chance of being picked up by this company.

It does seem to me that they only promote women of a traditionally beautiful disposition. For that reason, ladies of the BBW variety might not have much luck getting jobs or even picked up at all. But as I said, if you've got the look, you're shoeing to get some sort of recognition.

As for recruiters, you're like to get connected to some fine females who look good, evidently perform well, and are likely looking for work.
