Specifically, we're going to examine a website that might send your chances of getting hired by professionals in the porn business into the stratosphere.

Whether you're an aspiring performer, thinking about or having a small porn business, or just curious about it, this review is totally worth reading.

I’ll Begin With the Basics About Porn Studios Hiring Practices

For those unaware, there are a few standard ways to get into the porn business.

The most recent and increasingly popular method is to get famous on OnlyFans, a tube, or a webcam site. With enough fame, there have been models who have been hired by the pros after a matter of mere months.

Then there are people who – either because they were already famous, had a fantastic body, or some unique physical feature – get hired after just filling out an application. It doesn't always work for everyone, but there is a reason most porn sites have a Model for Us section.

In effect, talent agencies are a group of photographers and talent agents with connections to all of the best (and sometimes the shady) studios who do the shooting and filming of fap scenes.

Since not every agency always has the best hookup in the skin business or a shitty reputation, they may only work with the industry dregs. Then there are those who know the best people and how to promote prospective porn stars.

As with most things, the longer an agency of any sort has been in business, the more connections they are likely to have. As far as I can work out, the Hussie Models website has been around since 2013, which suggests at least more of their staff have been in smut circles for longer. This certainly seems to be the case for one of their main agents, Riley Reynolds.

Based on the people they've worked with, that clearly seems to be the case. To give you an example, some of the websites they've sent talent to include Team Skeet, Hot Guys Fuck, and Lethal Hardcore.

I would definitely recommend working with these companies, and apparently, these guys and others liked doing busy with Hussie Models, too. But don't take my word for it; look at a few snippets of what just a few agencies have to say.

With feedback like that, I'm pretty sure you can be sure that everyone is operating aboveboard, the models are treated well, and everyone is compensated fairly. But if you need further proof, let’s look at the talent they’ve hired and what they have to say.

The Models They've Hired Is Hella Impressive

As the saying goes, you can tell a lot from some by the company they keep. To riff off of that, I'll say this, you can tell a lot about a porn company by the models they work with, and damn these guys know how to pick them.

Let’s start with one of my long time favs Indica Flower. Unlike a lot of girls who the industry hires, Indica has more of that alternative look to her. Clearly, HB knew what they were doing when they recruited and pitched her. Ms. Flower has worked with superb studios, which undoubtedly has helped promote her indie career as well.

I’m sure at least a few fellas are reading this and thinking about getting into the business, and yes, they promote guys, too. One of the more famous examples is Ricky Spanish (no, not that one), and he’s nailed hot babes in almost two hundred movies now. Since it can be harder for some people outside the United States to break into an American market, I think it's saying a lot that they managed to quickly get him an impressive amount of work.

Natalie Porkman is another fine brunette who is prominently promoted on her profile page and on one of the main Female Model section. So far, she's starred in seventy-one films and been nominated for one award. And as of right now, she's been in the business for only a little over a year!

Now there was a pattern I was hoping all would pick up on. Let's look at a few of the performers who work in part or exclusively with this agency have to say.

So, I think we can see that the staff working for this company, Mr. Reynolds, in particular, is a wizard finding fine talent and getting them to work with stellar studios.

Need Any More Proof That This Method Works?

I realize that anyone can bullshit online, claiming that they have all of this proof that their service is effective. Some people lie; others exaggerate or, in some way, deceive. So it is always nice to get some external verification.

Hussie Models provides even more of that in the form of a regularly updated blog. There they post about models they work with performing steamy scenes and where on the web you can find them.

Honestly, that section is worth looking at even if you aren’t looking to get into the business. The descriptions are epic and erotic, and you get linked directly to the videos.

As someone who has made a career out of finding, describing, and promoting porn, it’s pretty fine work if I do say so myself.

Here’s What You Need to Know About Applying

As far as applying goes, it's roughly the same drill as other agencies, although these sites are a bit more thorough. They ask for your stage and legal name, contact information, age, and measurements. There is also a pretty thorough list of stuff you are willing to do, i.e., BDSM, Girl/Girl Anal, Choking, etc.

As you'd figure, they are going to want recent photographs of your face, clothed body, and plenty of nudes. Interestingly, they ask a series of mental health assessment questions, which really seem like a way of weeding out the weirdos and spammers from the sincere applicants. My advice is not to take it too seriously and answer everything naturally.

Another excellent feature is that this agency advertises its signed models, unlike any I've ever seen.

Take a look at any model's profile page, and you'll see what other performer promoters usually do: stage name, some photos, and booking options. But being once again unique, they have a widget installed, which displays updates on the model's Twitter feed in real-time.

Since all of the smart performers near-universally promote their work through that platform, it's another nifty way HM promotes their performers.

There Are Several Benefits for Wanna Be Agents

While they've already got a nice roster of talent agents, Hussie Models is always looking for agents to do business with. They got an application for that page, which is pretty straightforward.

I have to say, if I wasn’t doing this, I might consider working with them. The major perks include payment flexibility, a fantastic reference on your resume, referral bonuses, and advanced training on finding the best recruits.

Then there is the best perk of all: you get paid to interview horny hotties and set them up with premium porn studios.

I’ve Got A Lot of Pros But Are There Any Cons of This Agency

For once, I find myself in the position looking for a criticism of a website. Honestly, there isn't much to complain about, but I can think of a few things which could be tweaked just a bit.

To starters, the site design on mobile machines is fine overall. However, it could use a little bit of jazzing up. There should be a proper site map, and depending on the window's size, elements don't always load in the best way possible. The mobile version is almost as good but could use a little bit of tweaking as well.

The model pages have some fabulous features, but I find it a little lacking since there isn't much biographical information besides the models booking agent, age, weight, and height. You’d think they would at least include the model’s more arousing measurements or at least their endowment.

That may sound like nitpicking, but it’s really a reflection on how otherwise fantastic this platform is.

My Final Thoughts and Feels Are…

As you know, success isn’t guaranteed in anything, especially an industry as competitive as adult entertainment.

But if you're looking for a group of professional porn marketers, there are fewer better than this one here. The same applies to those who might have an interest in being on the production side of things.

No matter which you are interested in, you'll be hard-pressed to find another recruiting agency like this one.
