You at least have the option to choose these services though, unlike the Premium plan.

Now for some bullshit: you have to spend an extra $80 from the Rocket plan to get phone support via the Advance plan. That’s a whopping $179 a month tacked onto the plan, just for fucking phone support! Sure, you get two extra hours of support time, but that’s it! That’s the only ‘extras’ you can expect between the Rocket and Advance plans, and it’s fucking ridiculous.

Just imagine that you simply want phone support for one of these plans, yet you’re unable to get it just because you don’t want to spend $179 a month on shit you don’t need. Especially for the many adult entrepreneurs out there that feel that the $69 a month Premium plan more than suffices, charging so much more just to have access to someone over the phone is beyond the pale. Phone support should at least be included with the first tier, and you can argue that it should be fucking free to begin with!

I know what you may be thinking: these guys are going to leave me high-and-dry without fully fixing my issue. It just is not going to happen with FixRunner!
