On paper, there is no shortage of workers on this platform. To date, there are almost 290,000 freelancers offering nearly half a million freelance services. Now that doesn’t mean that they will be champing at the bit to get the sort of work you are looking to provide.

From what I’ve seen, a relatively small handful of writers have it written in their bios. Just try and search, and you’ll see that there are some decent hits when you combine the ‘content writer’ and ‘adult content’ search terms. However, those are heavily mixed with general fiction and content writers.

In the existing pool of creators, most of the writers focus on copy with adult material. A handful of others are comfortable with producing romance and erotic novels.

The Price That Writer’s Ask For Varies

When it comes to quality, it’s hard to make a generalized statement. But the best way to see a freelancer’s competence is by checking their feedback section. If they don’t have any, that’s not necessarily a bad thing if they are new, but certainly should raise suspicion if they’ve taken several jobs.

As freelance boards go, it’s standard procedure for freelancers and clients to rate each other. It is hardly typical for people not to rate one another. As a rule, I think they don’t have any ratings or poor feedback; hunt around before hiring that person, if at all.

Even if you think that it is worth it, you’re going to have to invest more time, money, or both to get your work corrected. Overall, the web page’s format looks a lot like Freelancer to the point where it almost seems like a clone. In fact, I even had to check to make sure that this was not a rebrand of Freelancer. At any rate, when you make a post, it’ll show up in order of when it was posted.

Of course, there are filter tools available, so depending on how your post is structured, you might want to think twice about how you make it. I’ll get into this in further detail later, but be sure to pack as much relevant information into your post as possible so that people find it.

Posting A Job Is Simple Enough

Alright, getting help from a freelancer doesn’t require too many steps. Indeed, to get going, all you need to do is click on the post a job button at the screen’s top right.

Then you can fill out a form with the following information. Give the post a title that accurately describes your project and a thorough description of what you are looking for. For both, stay within the character limit but be as descriptive as possible.

It would also be a good idea to format and spell-check your post so there is no confusion about what you are looking for. If you have the materials and think it will help, you can also upload external files to illustrate your project. Alternatively, you can add a rough outline or a first draft of the document(s) that you need to have reworked.

This is very important, so don’t forget, but to get the best results, be sure to tag up your post. Throughout the posting form, you’ll see one area where you can type in and select categories to grab the attention of hungry writers. My Personal Feelings And Recommendations Are As Follows

Typically, I find a few things to complain about a particular web service, and sometimes I have to go looking for things to bitch about. Rarely, I come across a specific website or service that has no flaws to speak of, but sadly that is not the case here.

In fact, it’s hard for me to come up with a ton of positive things to say about Guru. When it comes down to it, you can potentially hire freelancers who know how to produce steamy and sellable adult content. But with such a small pool of potential workers, the odds are not in your favor.

The existing writers who specialize in this area will charge you quite a bit. It can be argued that you get roughly an equal amount of quality for what you pay for. However, it would be considerably easier to find someone who is just as good on other websites that I’ve written about before. Some of my recommendations include:
