Follow
follow.net
Follow.net is an extension that can help you spy on your competition; hence, it is called the adult ad spy tool. If you would like to be one step ahead of your competition, at all times, follow.net is the right choice! Also, if follow.net does not suit your taste, I have reviewed many other extensions that are designed to do the same shit.
From what I have seen, follow.net can give you insight into any website, and the extension is free! Sure, you can pay to get more shit with the extension overall, but you do not have to. You can easily just install this extension and enjoy spying on the competition. I mean, understanding your market and the competitors are important to any economy. Things tend to change quite fast in the online world, and if you want to stay on top of the competition, you might as well check out follow.net.
How does Follow work?
If you just want to test out Follow.net, the homepage is pretty nice. When you open Follow.net for the first time, you will get a big search box right off the bat, and you can type the name of the website you are interested in. Just make sure that you type the correct website domain; otherwise, the stats will obviously not be accurate.
With Follow.net, you get to view all the data quickly and thus understand your competition better. You could also check your own stats to see what your competition might see if they use Follow.net, too. It is vital that you understand the competition; otherwise, you will never actually surpass it.
How can you actually use Follow.net? Well, the Follow extension is great for both Chrome and Mozilla users, but do not try them with other browsers, as they tend to be buggy. Then again, who the fuck does not use Chrome or Mozilla? Those are literally the two most popular browsers today. Anyway, you can just click on whether you prefer Chrome or Mozilla and then choose to add the extension on the site. That’s it!
It is free, but you can pay for more privileges
I can always appreciate when an extension, app, or program allows you to choose between the free or the paid membership. I mean, it is obvious that if you pay for the Follow.net extension, you will get a lot more information overall, but some people are not looking for so many details. Instead, they are looking just to see how the extension works.
Well, you will get to choose between four main memberships on Follow.net, which is pretty neat—got to appreciate when they have more than just one option, right! Well, the free membership will give you 50 monthly lookups, 5 follows (number of domains you can follow), and 50% of the basic overview data access, that’s it. With every premium membership, you will get additional shit.
You have the $37/month membership, with 500 monthly lookups, 20 follows, and 100% basic overview data access, which is a slightly better deal than the free one, if you do not mind paying. You will also get to see the email address and print the report. Then there is the $97/month membership where you will get 5k monthly lookups, 500 follows, 100% of the basic overview data access, with 3k premium data units included, and any additional premium data units will cost you $0.04/unit. On top of seeing the email address and printing the report, you will have API Access.
The most expensive membership will cost $297/month. It will give you 20k monthly lookups, with 1500 follows, 100% basic overview data access, 10 premium data units included, and the additional premium data units will cost about 0.03/unit. Of course, all the perks in the previous memberships apply here as well. They have a separate section for the pricing on their website, so check that shit out if you are interested in more details.
Referral program is dope!
I was not expecting to have a referral program, but alas, I was wrong! On Follow.net, you get rewarded if you refer somebody. How does this work? Well, you can get your referral link by merely logging in and going to the referral page. Of course, you need to be registered to Follow.net for you to get the referral link.
Once you have it, you can get your friends or whoever to sign up through that referral link. For every referral that you make, you and the person you referred will have some benefits. Both of you will get to lookup additional 5 domains, follow an additional domain, see 2% more of the data, and read 50 different stories each month for free.
If the person you referred upgrades to a paid account, i.e., to the 1st tier referral, you will get a commission of $10 or 20% on all the sales for a lifetime! As for the referred people who upgrade to 2nd tier memberships, you will receive commissions of 20% off the net amount for every sale for a lifetime. I mean, those are some pretty great fucking offers, if you ask me!
You will get to see the people you referred on the ‘rewards page,’ so you know whether you will be rewarded more or not. You will also see all the commissions that you have earned on the ‘commissions page.’ I think the referral part is unnecessary, but it is dope as you get to earn while also using Follow.net.
The usual perks of Follow.net
So, let’s talk about the real perks of Follow.net. What the fuck can you really expect? While I did go over this, let me give the gist of it. Follow.net will let you see a high-level overview of any site that you are interested in. You get to see the traffic estimates, affiliate marketing, demographics, adverts, search engine optimization, marketing, etc. This shit is pretty dope!
When you add the extension to your browser, it will show up in the top right corner. When you are interested in a particular site’s stats, you just click on that, and you will get to see all the shit on the side. Follow.net really loves to detail the overview they provide, but of course, this also depends on whether you have the free or paid extension.
If you choose to follow a certain website, whether it is your competition or not, you will get notified with the latest updates. Whether your competition has uploaded something new or changed, you will get notified as soon as that happens. This lets you stay on top of the game at all times. Besides, on Follow.net, you get to group domains by tags or separate them however you want.
Free extension great for all platforms
You can choose whether you want to purchase the membership or just enjoy the extension as it is. Of course, the purchased membership gives you a lot more perks. With Follow.net, you will get access anywhere and at any time. Their website is fully responsive, and it is excellent for all users. So, it does not matter if you want to use it on a desktop, tablet, or phone; they have it all.
You will get instant insight from the browsers. The download process is incredibly simple, and once it is downloaded, you get to access the stats no matter where. You can check out any website you are interested in, with just one click, basically.
If you want to know more about Follow.net and how it works, you can check out their website. They go over some of the basics, but I think I pretty much covered it all. There is an interesting blog section you might want to check out instead, since there they cover a nice range of topics about general data on different websites.
Overall, I think that is as much as you need to know about Follow.net. I mean, you either need or do not need this extension; there really is no in-between. Since the extension is free, you can always just download and check it out. If you do not like it, just remove it from the browser, as simple as that. You get to see website overviews with ease if you use Follow.net, and if you run into any kinds of issues, just contact their customer support.
