There is no question as to whether or not PlayBoy magazine is one of, if not the definitive porn magazine that helped build the industry. But the brand has moved on well even after the heyday of "classic" porn magazines and even after the passing of the great Hugh Hefner. This includes setting up one of the most excellent looking adult-oriented websites that I have ever seen. So, with that intro, let's dive into all that you can find on PlayBoy.com.
Shop For Branded Playmate Attire
The first aspect of this website that stands out, besides all of the porn that you are linked to, is the massive e-store. They have loads of apparel for men and women, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, and trousers, all of which look fantastic, and in my opinion, have excellent creation quality. Are they a little pricey? In my opinion, yes, but still worth it. Oh, and if you want exclusive access to special deals, just plug in your email address to get all of that.
Of course, since this is Playboy, we are not going to focus on the clothes – because why would we considering this brand – so I will look into other aspects of this website.
The Payment Options Are More Than Alright
Okay, now on to how you can purchase your items and what the terms and conditions that you are agreeing to.
As far as pricing goes, this website's products are admittedly going to be on the high side. The price points are not precisely outrageous, but they are what you would expect from a big-name brand like this one. Fortunately, they do often have holiday-themed specials, so you can save a decent chunk of change. Further, there are discount codes provided (how you can on this site will be detailed later) and scattered all over the net. Easy to integrate into an order, you can
As far as how you can pay, Playboy is incredibly reasonable if you ask me. All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) are accepted as well as more modern method payments including Google & Apple Pay, Shop Pay and, of course, PayPal, but that is just the start.
As a sort of alternative payment, you can use Klarna. If you do not know what that is, it is a little like Sezzle. If you do not know what either is, they are a kind of deferred payment program that works independently of your credit history or rating. All you need to do is signup, and you can pay off an order in increments once every couple of weeks.
Their policies are quite reasonable when it comes to returns as long as you read the fine print. You can return damaged goods and some apparel though there are restrictions like underwear which should be evident as to why.
And Now For The Shipping Options
Moving on, they do provide good nominal shipping conditions and occasional holiday specials.
Since I know my audience operates all over the world, I'll first look at international shipping options. Seeing as PlayBoy is a US company, they will have different policies for those outside of the land of red, white, and blue, but they are not too bad.
They do ship outside of the United States through multiple shipping partners. Shipping times are a little longer but not too bad, depending on what you signup for. To be exact, standard rates estimate that you will receive your order within six to ten days. There is an eight-dollar (US money) shipping charge, though if your order exceeds one hundred USD, then it's free. Express orders should get your order in three to five days with a twenty-dollar ship charge, half of which is taken off on hundred dollars or more orders.
As far as local orders go, everything should get to you in a three to five-day time, standard, unless you like in Alaska or Hawaii. It could be one or two weeks before you receive your item in those two cases, though express ordering might fix this. If you do, you will get your order in a couple of days or maybe even overnight, but there are going to be additional fees.
Of Course, PlayBoy TV Is Terrific
This should go without saying, but it is so good that I have to mention it anyway. This part of this website is fucking sexy as hell. Sure, that is to be expected, but there is more to it than what you think. Besides the delicious series that orients towards the 'traditional' Playboy aesthetics, they also have installments by MetLife. Yes, that is correct, the MetLife, which is known for its fantastic production values and highly artistic yet still amazingly erotic movies.
I could comment on dozens of series, but to give you a few suggestions, I would recommend looking into Secret Sessions, Intimate Tales, Dream Dates Elite, and Bunny Gallery. (See what I did there?) More importantly, look up anything that stars Playmate models, including Katie Vernola, Shawn Dillon, Roxanna June, Qiana Chase, and the crazy hot woman who is Crystal McCahill. Check them out, and you are welcome in advance.
There Is Not Much To Say About The PLBY Group
I wish that I had something to say about, well, whatever the PLBYGroup is (or was), but this page does not seem to be active anymore. I think that this was a page for business people to network, i.e., stockholders, investors, analysts, and angel investors. But right now, this page does not seem to be functional. However, I would say that you should look up the PLBY GRQUP on your preferred search engine to get a little bit of info on how this franchise is doing on the stock market if that is of interest to you.
Naturally, The Articles Are Well-Written And Engaging
Besides their beautiful pictorials, Playboy is known for its epic and edgy articles.
Sadly, years ago, Play Boy stopped publishing science-fiction, but that does not mean that they've put a halt on posting a variety of virtue and vice-filed opinion articles, commentaries, and the such like which you can get access to. Thanks to the internet, you no longer need to invest in a subscription for a hardcopy to read some of the writings that have helped make Play Boy famous via the Play Boy Archives.
Sure, you will be reading from over a year old articles, but they are still pretty stimulating, not just because of the Playmate of the Month's photo spread.
There Are Not The Business Opportunities Or Features That I Expected
This is not exactly something to whinge for a whole lot, but is still worth mentioning, is the fact that there is no evident affiliate program. This kind of sucks given the fact that this branded apparel really sells itself, but since this is such a big franchise, I guess they don't want the help.
I will also add here that, while the website looks good overall, I did have a small problem getting around this site quickly. Perhaps it had something to do with a server malfunction, but I did find the mobile manifestation of PlayBoy's site is a little sluggish.
Signing Up, Getting The Newsletter, And Whether Or Not You Should
Alright, I think that I have to do that much more to convince you that this is an excellent site all around, especially if you're a shameless smut enthusiast. While the apparel and accessories are a little pricey, there are plenty of deals being given all of the time. In addition to what I have already covered, you can sign up for the newsletter to keep up with all of the latest Playboy news.
