Diversify your target audience and provide an equal number of articles that give useful advice to working girls and their clients.

Tone it down on the ads in the sidebar. The site has done a good job of not intruding on the user experience with aggressive ads, but there are so many that it creates banner blindness and will no doubt have a negative impact on the number of users who interact with them.
